The average estate agent appears on 4 portal sites...

But are they the right ones?
The BIG 4 "rightmove, findaproperty, primelocation and hotproperty" seem to have a monopoly but for how long?

With Google as many peoples first choice search engine. Do estate agents really need to be listed on a destination site as well? If your site has followed Google's ethical marketing guidelines and and you have some good inbound links to your site then perhaps not.

Perhaps it is simply a belt and braces approach
It really depends on least cost benefit. Many agents don't have the know-how or financial resources to implement a successful website marketing campaign. However now is the time to tighten purse strings and market your services wisely where people are actually looking.

Did you know a well-planned website marketing campaign can save you £000's on your bottom line YOY?

In a tough market, this is more important than ever!
