Search engine marketing is the future, as traditional media including ITV saw their profits collapse.

Closer to home, The Kent Messenger Group recently announced plans to close loss-making weekly papers as advertisers disappear faster than you can restart your computer!

Speaking as a marketing consultant, I can't see advertising revenues returning to pre-crunch levels in the near future as advertisers seek more cost-effective ways to drive even more business through the door.
