Our Brief
In April 2008 Jarvis Keller changed its name to Jarvis Keller Stephens when Lucy Stephens became director after over 10 years of working for the firm. The name change and new corporate identity reinforced their position as experts in EC1, EC2 and the City Fringes. Client wanted a clean minimalist website to compliment their brand and goals for the business.

So is now the time to buy into commercial property?
In investment terms, commercial propery has been a disaster area over the past couple of years. But according to THE TIMES columnist Paula Hawkins 29/5/09, "...serious investors - including the proeprty tycoon and 'Secret Millionaire' Nick Leslau and Sir Stelios Haji-Loannou, the founder of easyJet - have recently announced that they are back in. Several property companies, including Leslau's max Property, have begun to raise capital in anticipation of a rise in commercial property prices..."
The article in yesterday's TIMES newspaper went on to say "...BDO Stoy Hayward, the accountancy firm, says that prices have begun to satabilise and that the number of transactions began to increase in March...".
