HIPs could be holding prices up!
With property stock levels in London are down 35pc on the boom years. There is still demand for correctly priced property in desirable locations from cash buyers and overseas investors.

Robin Goad, director of research at Experian Hitwise, said: "Traffic to online property websites has been recovering gradually throughout 2009, but this is the first month that we have experienced an actual annual increase"
